Is there any way to change the dark theme (as attached)

You're in the wrong platform.. Hate to break it to you.
There IS one way, although you probably wouldn't want it- Invert Colors. However this inverts all colors.
You can ask Siri to do it or find it in Accessibility settings.

It does feed off your wallpaper so it will changes appearance based on that. However, it looks like you have transparency turned off which makes it even darker than usual.

It was ON and on turning it OFF its much lighter now. Thanks
