While I am excited for iOS 17, I assume that all the features will not be available to the iPhone XS Max. Do we know yet which feature will not be available?

The new keyboard stuff does work on the XS, at least in the beta. The Personal Voice feature doesn't.

According to Apple’s website, it’s only supported for the iPhone 12 and up, so it’s weird it’s showing up on older devices.

Yep and it wouldn't be the first time. For iOS 16 Apple said Live Captions required an iPhone 11 or later but they were actually available on the XS as well. For some reason there's a mismatch between the website and the actual software.
