Ever since updating to the latest public beta, Siri hasn’t worked on my iPhone X. I’ll receive a message that there’s an issue with the connection and I should try again later. Resetting the network settings resolves the issue for an hour or so, and then the issue arises again. I also did a downgrade to iOS 11, and a clean update to iOS 12 to see if possibly it was an issue with my backup but the issue persisted. I didn’t have the issue with the previous public betas. Has anyone encountered this?
 
That’s pretty weird. No issues with that since PB 1. The fact you downgraded and upgraded again is what befuddles me. You’d think that would eliminate any issues. Have you tried turning Siri off, restarting the phone and turning it back on?
