iPhone iOS Pubic Beta 3, iPhone XR

Does anyone have issued with 3rd party apps not opening on PB3 on a XR? When click them to open, the all close right away. This was done on both an iTunes restore, as well as an iCloud restore with the apps being re-downloaded from the cloud. It just started happening recently, as it worked flawlessly for the first week or so that the PB was released.

Does this happen with all apps or a few? May be the apps that are crashing/failiing to start got updated causing them to crash.

PB3 on XR here. No problems in using the phone and the apps I use

I've had the same issue on my iPad on dev betas (where all non-stock apps crash right after load). Restarting and then updating all apps via the App Store, then opening a stock app, then opening an app worked for me.

thanks, i'll try that. i went back to 12.4 for now until i could get it figured out. I'll try again upgrading to 13 PB3 tonight.

i installed PB4 on my XR yesterday and am not having any of the issues i originally reported on my post. Looks like everything is back to normal now.
