when ever i delete the facebook app and reinstall it i findd all my accounts logged in and registered iam not logged in facebook from settings and i also delete messenger so how come facebook finds my data

Do you sign out of the apps before removing them? Also, iCloud Keychain may have stored your login information. You can manage what it stores in the Settings app.
2nd for iCloud Keychain on that one...just doing what its <supposed> to do.

I'd be interested in why this is a concern, after all you are deleting and reinstalling the app, iOS will prompt you whether to keep the app data - if you select no I'd expect it to be deleted, if it is retaining the login without keychain through deleting the app data then I'd suspect it is cached somewhere - still not a concern as you aren't erasing all settings and data as if you were handing the phone off to someone new.
Frankly if you want to know definitively then you may need to pose the question to Apple but I'd expect the support staff to not know and they may accept it as a bug report...?

Where/when do you get prompted to keep data when you delete an app?

I deleted Facebook and downloaded and installed it from App Store again. When I launched it I was prompted to sign in with my account, but I wasn't signed in automatically.
My bad - I'm confusing offloading an app (which keeps data), the delete confirmation pop up confirms app data will be deleted if deleting manually.

When talking about being logged in, are you referring to getting signed in automatically to websites that you signed up for via "sign in using Facebook" options? If so, pretty sure that that is not tied to the Facebook app, it is tied to the account.
