iOS updates only shows up if I turn off VPN

Is this what everyone else has to do or is it just my provider? I use the same VPN on macOS and updates show up just fine.

Just tested at my end and the 14.4 update showed up as expected.

Ok, thanks for confirming. Maybe I just need to connect to different server. I have noticed some servers are more blacklisted than others in the past, for instance yelp blocks some and not others
