Hello! Currently ios is 7.1.2 on iphone 5s. Can i upgrade it to ios 8.4.1 instead of ios 9? If possible, how to? Please help. Thanks

If you do the update through Apple it will update to the latest = iOS 9. I don't believe iOS 8.4.1 is still being signed by Apple. You can probably dig around and find somewhere that iOS 8.4.1 is still available.
