iOS10 Beta 8 Software Update Issues

I keep getting the issue, "Unable to check for Update, An error occurred while for a software update" even after restart.

Yes. I'm on PB and it downloaded successfully. Now in the "Preparing Update" phase.

I don't know if this is an issue or I'm not understanding how it really works but when editing memories from photos app I only see a very limited quantity of songs from My Music to choose from... I believed it had to be with DRM on Apple Music songs but I tried to add/download music to my library I have matched without DRM and it does not appear...
