ios10 camera locking up

Anyone having trouble with their camera locking up? Sometimes it is just a blank/blurred screen.

Today I launched Camera from Control Center and it was just a black screen. I tried to press volume up and it took the picture but nothing showed on screen.

Had to restart iPhone 6 to fix it.
