iOS10 deleted a bunch of stock wallpapers

I only have 6 photo wallpapers on my iPhone SE now, there used to be a lot more like the flowers and leafs. Even the orange and blue spikey thing made specifically for the SE is gone.

Try restarting your phone. I see 15 wallpapers.

I did, they are all gone except for the 3 planets, 3 powder explosions, 3 iOS release wallpapers, then the dumb iPhone C colored gradients. All of the photo wallpapers that came with the SE are gone.
