iOS10 PB5 iMessage Features Not Working

I am trying to use the new iOS10 iMessage features and I cant get them to work. I 3D Press on the send button and nothing happens, I send Happy Birthday/Happy New Year to my wife and she see's the animations (also on iOS 10 PB5). Is this a common bug or just happening to me?
