iOS10 Public Beta 3 - Home button interrupts playback

If I press Home while playing music (or anything else) it momentarily interrupts playback. Affects any app, via speaker, headphones, cable or Bluetooth.

Doesn't look like anyone else has reported it - is it just me?

I haven't run into this on my iPhone 6+ using Google Play Music.
