Does ios13 provide the option to close all the programs rather than swiping 1-2 at a time? Thanks

Probably not. Why would you want to close all apps?
Sometimes I go through about 30 or so apps which makes the switcher somewhat lag when bringing it up on the iPad (on a iPad Pro 10.5”, so I imagine it’s worse on less powerful iPads) so I have to swipe up a billion times.

Otherwise though maybe he just want a clean switcher sometimes.

Given how difficult right now on iPad to switch or “force” quit an app from app switcher, I rely more on docks. I might clean up a bit app switchers from time to time, but I am not in a dire need of “cleaning app switcher all the time”. My iPhone safari now has 350+ tabs opened and I am not motivated to clean them up, just like my ever piling up receipts lol.

Come on Apple- how hard is it to put a ‘close all’ on apps just like how it had for safari tabs!
