iOS4.3 Airplay-Camera Roll is SLOWWWWWW

Any video I airplay to my ATV2 that is from my camera roll is super slow! If I play one of my downloaded music video's it caches fast and plays real quick.

Even if I sync the video and import it into the "movies" function it will still airplay slow. I mean its taking 10+min to start a 6min video! Thats just retarded

Any ideas? I'm running a 802.11G router....

HD video from the camera is around twice the bitrate (thus size) of purchased HD content, much less SD content.
