iOS5 and JB

Hi! I KNOW this has been answered before and I've read it all, but I have my own set of questions regarding this.

When using iCloud it backs up all my savegames and settings in appdata. So when restoring I won't loose my savegames for my iTune games.

Question:
1. I JB my phone
2. I play my legal bought games and backup my phone to the cloud
3. I'm doing a restore later
Will it remember my savegames for my bought games from my itunes account?
As if the phone never were jailbroken?

After I JB my phone I've been afraid to play games and back up my phone to the cloud. I don't want to loose my previous saved games I have obtained before I did a jailbreak.

Sidequestion: I'm getting a 4S. Can I do a restore from my 4 to 4s?

Thanks alot! Yes I know. I was mostly concerned about the backup and I was wondering if the 4s took the 4 backup without problems

Almost no one would have upgraded from a 2 to a 3, a 3 to a 3gs, a 3gs to a 4, or a 4 to a 4s if there wasn't a way to get al your apps and data transferred to the new device.
