Ok Its cool and all that they got the new notification center, but why does emails and some game notifications pop up in the notification area? I still think it needs some work.

You can turn them on and off individually by app in the settings.

SWEET thank you, oo i see you can go back to the old message system to if you want with the pop up. Is it smart enough now though to not pop up on you if your gaming? the old style sms that is.

Nope. It will still interrupt you unless you tell the app to use "Banners".

Well its not going to be there all the time only when you get a new message or an email will it pop up in the notification area if activated. Reason why weather and stocks are there is because they are "widgets" as for the messaging and mail apps are just notifications when something new arrives.
