Perhaps this has been discussed but there might be a bug in ios5 or iTunes. What happens is when I use iTunes to rearrange (not add) how the the apps display on my iPhone. For instance, if my third page on my iPhone has 5 apps, and 4th page has 4 or 5 apps, and through iTunes, I move all the apps on page 4 to page 3. When I try to sync wirelessly, it will not transfer that to my iPhone. Only when I actually hardwire my iPhone to my iMac and then sync do the changes take place. Everything else will sync wirelessly fine, such as adding apps, music, etc.
