iOS5 -- slow download?

Guys,

Just updated my Ipad and the download for the software update was quick.

I'm just doing the 3GS and it's taking a decade! 210 of 668.8MB and 2 hours remaining!

Why is this taking so long?

In my household we have the following
Ipad 2 32Gb x2
Ipad 2 64Gb 3g x1
Iphone 4 32Gb
Iphone 3gs 32gb x1

Am i going to have to download firmware for each model????

Don't worry I downloaded iOS 5 like the minute it came out and it took about 2 hours for my iPod Touch 4th generation. When I started it the estimated time was 45min then it went up because so many people are downloading it and they still are.
