Hi,
I'm on jailbroken iOS 7.2.1 on my iphone 4S for some time now.
Now that many apps are requesting ios 8 I find I need to finally upgrade it.

How do I jailbreak on ios 8?
It seams I just cannot install an ios 8 other than the latest one, and the latest one is not jailbroken yet :S
Help?
thanks in advance

You waited too long. Apple is no longer signing iOS 8.4, which is the last jailbreakable version.

If you need the apps more you'll have to upgrade and lose your jailbreak.

damn.. that is a big bummer :S
Any news on when will this change? I mean: should I upgrade to the latest version and loosing the jailbreak, and wait for that version to be jailbreaked? is it gonna happen?

It'll happen. It's just going to be a long while.

The jailbreak for 9.0/9.1 will hit before 8.4.1. And most likely they will use those exploits to release a JB for 8.4.1.

You just need to decide what you need/want more. Your jailbreak, or current versions of your apps.

Once you make that decision you'll know what to do.

DON'T UPDATE! Any flavor of iOS8, like 8.4 and 8.4.1, will make your 4S run like cold molasses in January. Take it from the voice of experience!
