iPhone iOS9 beta3 installation stalled "verification question"

Installation went fine on my iPhone 6 but after restarting the unit it wants me to enter some verification questions (favourite pet etc.), the problem is the page just stalls. There are no buttons to proceed or similar. I'm just stuck and going nowhere.
Anyone knows how to fix this?

Beta 3 is like a month old...why are you still trying to use it? The latest beta is beta 5.

I'm pretty sure that it was beta 3 that appeared when signing up for the betaprogram. Can't upgrade to anything newer....(?)

If you're on the public beta, number 3 is the most recent. The current developer beta (which is for developers only) is on its fifth release.
