You never did reply to my messages on your previous app that was pulled.. I paid good money for it and within weeks it was pulled and I lost it from my purchases...this is the exact same app which I refuse to pay to get again...

There ware changes inside developer company, which temporary made all previous apps unavailable. We do apologize for a great inconvenience. This year we promise to return previous apps back to the App Store as well as hire extra guys to better support our users. You and many other our users supported us greatly with your commitment and appreciation so we would like to assure you that we'll be constantly delivering new cool functionality in coming months.

Please please do, even as a good will gesture PM us promo codes that would do wonders for the service, I know you guys do such a good job with the app. I paid for the previous app despite not needing the additional features as I was impressed with the app itself and the work that had gone into it.

So do you have any idea on w time scale for a resolution? 1 month? 3 months? 6 months?

Please take into consideration I've been without an app I paid for since September of last year. Which I'm sure others will agree is not great.

I've not had any response to the above and also no reply to my email I sent prior to my message here..

I would like like to know if I will get a resolution and if so when?

This doesn't look good to others that wish to purchase this new app I must say..

Gone for an alternative app, bigger dev and maybe able to answer questions in a decent time. Actually the app I've chosen has slightly better functionality that this does not have.

Indeed, it was Live Cams Pro - Foscam / Multi IP Camera Viewer by Eggman Technologies. The app is updated fairly regular and the devs do get in touch.

The app above was ok but my experience was spoiled tbh and in the end there was false promise of my issue getting resolved and surprise surprise no email or contact since hence the switch to an all round better app and dev! I didn't grumble paying £1.89 when I knew it would be far better!

Glad I'm not alone in thinking I've been treated pretty poorly..

Stay away from this app....the original poster does nothing but bump this thread occasionally with "new version coming" or "how do you like our app" or "what can we do to improve", but no responses to questions. He (she they) have also changed their MR username a few times to be able to spam their app here because their earlier usernames were banned for the same offense.
