iPad IP not in Subnet Range

This message comes up when trying to set up my daughters iPhone. Any clue why it won’t let me create an Apple ID for her ipad?

There are only about 5 instances of this problem where people have posted on the web: all of these were posted today (Dec 25th 2019). My issue is that I cannot log into iCloud. I am on iPhone 8. Hopefully this will get resolved asap.

Fixed the issue

I’ve had to change the age for my daughter on gmail. I had an account via outlook but I think due to her being 12 it wouldn’t let me do it.

ive just created a new gmail account doing her age from 2000 and it works now. It’s due to not letting a person under 13 have an Apple ID

Thank you so much!! I just deleted her email account and added mine and it fixed the issue. I was able to create the apple ID!!
