IP4 Webcam Apps?

Anyone know of a good fast 3G webcam app available for the IP4? I've used Bambuser, Qik, and Ustream Broadcaster.. none are as fast as Knocking Live, but I want to broadcast to the internet so that's out. Seems like there should be something available with a faster refresh rate considering the IP4's capability.

I've used Fring over 3G and would love something that handled video at this speed.
