.ipa file not showing in itunes or in iPhone

I have a couple .ipa files that are not showing up in itunes, although they are in the same file folder? Is there anyway to get them to work, or show up?

no... I had downloaded them from itunes, and then deleted them. Then decided I might want them later, and moved them back. Should I just go searching in itunes again?

If you deleted them from itunes, you need to drag them back in -- putting them back into the folder doesn't put them back into itunes.
