So I notice I can't delete apps, when I delete then restart or respring the app is still their looking at me!!!,why is this??? I can't even update and install at 98% it would say cant up date at this moment ... I check restrictions its disabled its like something blocking me or a daemon not working ... iOS 6.1.2 jailbroken... I uninstall all tweaks still nothing ... I even tired running it In safe mode and delete app still pops up after respring or restart.. Everything was working fine b4 I just don't kno what happen .. Can someone help me??

Why, then, would you refer to them as .ipa's?
If they are cracked apps, then it's unpredictable and no one will even want to help.
If it's from the official App Store, it doesn't make sense.

It don't see any mention of ipa's......
Do you have cydelete? Uninstall that if you do. It IS a tweak causing this problem so I doubt you uninstalled all your tweaks
No I don't used cydelete... Never used it... Sorry about ipa.. I mean AppStore apps ... appcake used to work it stop installing too!!! .. This is very weird and frustrating!!

I kno it have to be a tweak.. I uninstall mobile substrate all my tweaks got deleted ... But I saw some other packages in Cydia I'm scared to touch..

Some cracked apps have been known to screw up iDevices, even after removal.
Might as well restore and kiss JB goodbye.
Good lesson to not be downloading cracked apps, and maybe pay for the apps you want.
