It's been a great week full of new things just like Christmas, but as the dust settles on my new "toys" I have realised I'd like to take some of them back to the store.

I had gestures on my iPad 1 running 4.3 I haven't got them now and can't enable them in Xcode like before. Once you've had them it's nasty without them. Some folk have said they were slow, personally never had a problem with them.

I don't have a camera in the poor old fat pad but I do import photos from my Nikon. iPad 2 users get edit functions in the Photo app. I don't! Cant even rotate an image, it sucks. Thank god for Photo-toaster, and Photogene etc.

I can't select more than one photo at a time to move or delete. Used to be able to swipe across to check or uncheck them. Pain in the arse to delete one by one. Picture, album management still seems clunky.

One tip if you want to move an existing photo from you camera roll onto photostream, you can open and save it from Photogene etc and it'll pop up in the stream because its a new image. Clunky.

My iCloud transition went pretty smoothly and I love the new features, shame it's not possible to delete individual photos from photo stream. I'm sure it will come in 5.1.

Tried out Newsstand, would be nice if it synced actual content between devices from within the app itself. Like the Kindle apps

Just hope 5.1 brings a more level playing field to iPad 1 users.

I've left my feedback at Apple, hope they take it in. Please everyone make sure you post there before here. More voices etc

Still what a week! some lovely new features but a few real misses.

And no I won't get a iPad 2 just to get a few features I miss, waiting on iPad 3 ;-)
