Ipad 10.5 casting issues

I used to be able to cast (screen mirror) everything. Since upgrading to 11, now 11.1.2 Hulu, Netflix and Direct TV gives me error codes when ever I try to use them.
I even get the error codes with my iPad connected to the tv using a HDMMI adapter.

Did anyone else have this issue?
Is there a fix?
