iPad Pro iPad 12.9 1st gen, how do I get their $99 battery replacement?

I don’t mind paying Apple to do it, I just don’t know how to go about getting this done? How do you get them to ship you a box to send it in? Every rabbit hole of theirs I chase ends up in them wanting a $599 fee. I’ve done 9.7 batteries, wary of this 12.9 mammoth screen.
