iPad Pro Ipad 12.9 screen vs macbook screens?

Im with my friend and we were watching the same video. Im watching using my 12.9 2015 and he’s using his 2017 macbook pro. I noticed that the colors popped more in the macbook conpared to my ipad? Is this true?

Also planning to get a used 12 inch macbook. Who here owns one and can you compare the screen with that of an ipad?

My ipad pro 12.9 kinda fells “clunky” already or its just slower compared to my xs max.

I think the iPad Pro 2015 doesn’t have P3 wide color gamut like the 2017 MacBook Pro.
