Was given a Netflix Gift Card.. Have an iPad 2 (9.3.5 Version) tried downloading the Netflix App but a Pop Up says not Compatible.. Need iOS 11 or Better.. Can I or Should I Download latest iOS Version or is my iPad just plain Out Dated ??

Unfortunately, there isn't anything you can do unless you jailbreak the iPad and side load an older version but that is risky and not guaranteed.
