iPad 2 won't is stuck updating to iOS 9.3

I'm trying to update to the latest beta version, 9.3, but can't get past the Apple icon and the progress bar, which never moves.

I've turned the iPad off with the sleep switch and the home button, and it will turn off. But when I power it back on, I get the Apple icon again, a progress bar with no progress, then it seems to restart but I just get the icon and progress bar.

How do I get it running again?

I got it back. Connected to my iMac with the iPad in recovery mode, and did the update there. iOS 9.2.1 is as far as I'm going with this device!
