Just like the title says.... My iPad 2 won't wi-fi sync, but my iPhone 4 will, exact same computer, exact same settings and accounts. Syncing manually with a cable works as usual. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Try this. With device plugged into iTunes, check the sync over wifi box, and then click on apply in the lower right hand corner of iTunes. Then after the device is done its thing with iTunes, just unplug it, don't eject. This is what fixed my issue. My iPad now shows all the time in iTunes. I am win 7 pro 64bit.

I've had this happen to me this AM. Still doesnt work. iTunes still shows my iPhone 4 under devices, but cannot do a WiFi sync (though it worked last night just fine). Nothing changed aside from my Mac going to sleep. Didn't try rebooting it yet.

I'm in exact opposite boat. My iPad 2 will sync over wifi but iPhone won't. Same settings, same everything.
