Saving and buying the Ipad of 2017 or spending more on the Ipad pro 2017.
I can not afford to spend much, so I wanted to know how much more money it would be worth.

My use will be:

Safari browsing
YouTube

Seriously, if that is all you do and you can’t afford the better display and speakers of the iPad Pro, you’re better off with the ’17 iPad.

Based on your use I would say you will be more than happy with ipad 2017. Maybe spend a little extra and get the 128GB model.

Based what you would using the iPad for and your price point, the 2017 9.7 iPad would be the clear choice. It should meet all your needs for web browsing and media. Also, the Pro features are nice, but you have to appreciate the quad speakers, Tru-Tone, and Apple Pencil support.
