iPad 2017 - UK Users

Hi All,

Very happy with the new 2017 iPad. For me, the perfect harmony of features and price to match my requirements. How are other users finding it?

Case wise it would be great to know of any widely available cases in the UK which fit the new model.

I've used one from Amazon which is poor. Any recommendations would be great?

Upgraded from a 32GB mini 2 to a 128GB 2017 iPad here and couldn't be happier. The thing flies, the side by side app use is a joy to use (unlike OSX's) and is way lighter than my last full sized iPad (the 3rd gen with the 1st retina display). Only using a smart cover with it a the moment, not yet considered a case.

For light browsing/twitter and propping up for video/YouTube use in the kitchen whilst cooking this is ideal. Even managed to get some light productivity in for my Open University course with it, with Safari and OneNote snapped side by side. For the money the new iPad is an absolute steal.

I thought I was going 2017 from Air 1.

Very difficullt to justify upgrading as only 1 year into 2 Year contract.

It's more of 'I could' 'I shoud't' type situation.

Maybe I'll manage with ios10 for a few more months.

O2 trade in this early is currently at £95 effective cost-before 2017 purchase.

Posted this before but... I went from the unwieldy 12.9 to the 2017 model and couldn't be happier.

My case in the UK (Scotland to be exact) is this one. I have the white and silver model so i got the white case. Only had the iPad 6 weeks but the case looks like the day i got it which was around a two days after the iPad was purchased.

Here in the old USA I am still having a hard time finding a good case for the iPad 2017. I am using an iPad Air 1 case until I can find one designed for it. Went to Best Buy today and nothing there for it.
