iPad iPad 2018 - 12.2 LTE issues

I think after 12.2 update my ipad 2018 loses the LTE data connectivity. It returns back after restart or on off airplane mode

Is there a problem with this version of iOS or I should push the iPad to repairs?

No issues with my iPad Mini 5 LTE running 12.2. I'm in the Dallas Fort Worth area (major telecom market) and on AT&T. Connection seems solid and never cuts out. Some areas have lower signal though.
