I wonder if I can install iOS 10 or higher on an iPad 3 by any means? Thankful.

Short answer - no.

Longer answer - considering how diminished the performance of the iPad 3 was when upgrading from 7 to 8 and 9, I can’t imagine how bad it would perform on iOS 10/11.

Have an iPad 4 16gb that is mounted to my bed mainly for some streaming video on iOS 10.3 - for what I use it for, snappy and functional enough! Also, love the large batteries that used to be on these older iPads, without any apps or iCloud, I usually charge once a week max.

I need to install Microsoft Teams and there is no version of it for iOS 9.3.

Did you follow any tutorials? Could you tell me which method you got?

Can you use the web version? If that doesn't work then I suspect you are out of luck.

@funkiejack says he has an iPad 4 - that does support up to iOS 10.3. But sorry you cannot go higher than 9.3. If this is a deal-breaker, you may wish to trade-in your iPad 3 to a second-hand reseller and get an iPad that supports an iOS compatible with Teams. If you definitely need Teams, then this may not cost you very much.

It is a possibility to use the web version. I'll test to see if it works. Thanks.

I'm from Brazil. Here the reality is different and the value is much higher.
Thanks.
