iPad 32GB Wi-Fi - Worth This?

Anyone think I should sell my iPad 32GB Wi-Fi Edition for $600 flat?
And i mean this to my GF's Older Sis that wants to buy it.

Now the iPad is in good edition becauses a minor scuff on the top left corner which u can hardly see besides when seen up close. It comes with the SGP Black Leather Back.

Anyone think its worth it? I had it since around the time its launched and i think if i sell it on eBay itll go around $600 and then there are fees. And i dont have to ship this out so anyone think i should go for it? I only need $600.
