iPad 3G in San Diego Area (only visiting)

I'll be visiting San Diego on the weekend and I wanted to get the 3G iPad, I called everywhere I could think of (all apple stores and best buys in a 60 mille radius from San Diego) and most Apple Stores had the Wi-Fi only version and most Best Buys had no iPad's and all the Best Buys but one new when it would PROBABLY be getting more in stock. I can't go to the Apple Store to reserve one when I get there because I'll be traveling through the U.S. and will only stay in San Diego for the weekend.
What do you recommend?

Not sure if this is a question or just stating you will be in SD and the stock is next to none for the 3G.

Either way, you're more than likely to be out of luck if you go that route.

I would also check craigslist San Diego as I've seen some there.
