iPad 3G usage - numbers don't add up

According to Settings->General -> Usage, I have sent 5.6 MB and received 44.9 MB. Last reset is never.

According to Settings -> Cellular Data -> View Account, I've used 139MB of data out of 250MB.

Clearly, these numbers don't add up. Anyone else have this problem? Any idea what's happening?
