Get her an iPad (5th generation).she has it already. should we get her something newer she only uses it for email and google
if you can find it cheap enough I guess, most of the time a used 6th gen is in the same ballpark rangeGet her an iPad (5th generation).
And a new iPad 7 with more RAM and bigger screen is only US$249.if you can find it cheap enough I guess, most of the time a used 6th gen is in the same ballpark range
Just for emails and Google though? And a new iPad 7 with more RAM and bigger screen is only US$249.
The $249 7th gen comes with 1 year warranty, new battery and no wear and tear.Just for emails and Google though?
Does email or Google happen to be battery intensive? The $249 7th gen comes with 1 year warranty, new battery and no wear and tear.
You only save maybe $50 or so going the used 5th/6th gen route and you wouldn't know if the previous owner used their iPad in the loo or something.
No more than usual. My mom definitely noticed a decrease in battery life going from an iPad 3rd gen to an iPad Pro 9.7 though.Does email or Google happen to be battery intensive?
Used 5/6th gen is close to $200. New 7th gen is $249, complete with full warranty and brand new battery. And it has more RAM and a bigger screen. It’s a no-brainer IMO, if you’re going to update from the iPad 3.Just for emails and Google though?
Yup for sure, doesn’t matter if the apps are battery intensive or not, batteries still degrade with age and usage. $50 for a new battery, bigger screen and full warranty seems like an easy choice. Not sure why automaticapple isn’t grasping that part of it.. oh well lolUsed 5/6th gen is close to $200. New 7th gen is $249, complete with full warranty and brand new battery.
