iPad iPad 5 has Live Photos feature

Just received the new iPad today and to my surprise, it has Live Photos feature as the 9.7 iPad Pro does. None of the reviewers have mentioned this and even Apple clearly states on the iPad comparison chart that iPad 5 does not have this feature. Can somebody else confirm this feature on their iPad 5?
