I recently bought a 128gb iPad 6th Gen and opened it when I got home. I was really annoyed find specks of dust under the screen. I took it back to my local Apple store in Brighton and they opened 5 others to find all of them had little specks of dust.
Has anyone else noticed this?
I was told that there is no tolerance for dust or other particulates and one of the managers apologised and suggested a 256gb iPad Pro with a bonded screen. I was about to point out that it was nearly double the price when she said it would be a free upgrade
As you can imagine I said thank you very much and walked out with a huge grin on my face. I cannot fault Apple customer service.
