I'm checking to see if anyone has compared running CPU intensive apps (like DreamLand) on the brand new iPad Pro vs. the 2018 iPad. It would be great to see how the A12x chip compares to the A10.

I'm in the market to buy either iPad Pros or iPads for a project but currently the iPad Pro is much more than 2.4x the price...does it offer more than 2.4x the performance/results for DreamLab? It would be easier, nicer to have fewer devices on WIFI and plugged into the AC outlet(s). Surely the iPad will drop from $329 to probably $279 or lower over the holidays while the iPad Pro won't budge a penny (I've already seen the iPad at $299 several weeks ago).

I don't see any performance Reviews/tests on the internet yet but if you have both the iPad (or iPhone 7 because they use the same CPU) and the new iPad Pro and want to run DreamLand for a day and tell my your results, that would be greatly appreciated!

I have both the A10X and the new A12X. And i don’t see the performance improvements. I’m more impressed with the 120Hz which is nice to use.

The A10X was nice for using outlook, media consumption and web browsing.
