iPad Air 2 No Longer Charges or Power On

Hi,

I haven't used my Air 2 in about 3 months and it's been sitting dead in my desk. I plugged it into a charger for the past two hours and it does not want to power on. Does anyone have any idea if it can be salvaged? Device is OOW at this point.

leave it plugged in longer. it can take a while to come back if the battery has drained completely. does the charger or iPad feel warm after a half hour? if still nothing happens, do you have another cable/charger to try?
