I installed, reinstalled many times ... it's not working. . I only see iOS 10.3.3 .

iOS 11 isn't out. The public beta is. For that, you have to sign up for a developer account and follow the special install instructions. I wouldn't recommend it for your main iOS devices.

Month old thread, so I'm sure the OP has it figured out by now. But UDID is not required for DP profile.

Yes, they are a rip off. Apple stopped caring about it a long time ago, so people pay money for it for no benefit.

You might have installed iOS 10 Beta profile. You need to install iOS 11 Beta profile

Lol. Buying through a UDID site is just USD 7. And that’s essentially for a lifetime if Apple doesn’t really check UDIDs any more.
