Hello,

I have 12.200 photos, but when I hit sync all, I only get 8000 + photos transfered to my iPad and iPhone.
What can be happening?

How much time have you given it to sync all of your photos?
Thanks for your reply. As much as 20 minutes. Till the process is over actually...for some reason the Mac is not transfering that remaining 4000+ photos.

Using a 2018 Mac mini, an iPad Air 2 and an iPhone 7 Plus. Iam stuck.

It might be related to storage space?

I’d also give Apple a call and see what they say.

Are you through basic troubleshooting already as in restart both devices, check settings, remove all photos from iPad and re-sync.
