Ipad air 3 4k issues

I have ipad air 3 and i can easily run 4k videos at 60fps in mp4 format without an issue
But i recently downloaded a 7 gb cap america civil war in 4k ( not even 60 fps) and its in hevc and mkv and it lags very badly

What can be the issue
I sure know ipad air 3 can easily run 4k videos so why it lags im some movies

It is that i am on ios 13 beta
I use video player of documents by readler

Any help ??

It might just be an issue of the software you’re using for playback. Maybe try a different player to see if there’s a difference.
