Hello There!

My question is for the iPad Air 3 users
If you knock the backplate of the iPad around the camera can you hear a little noise like something is moving inside the tablet?

Thx

I’m not sure why you’d be knocking on the back of your iPad besides looking for issues. But when I tried on my Air 3, I noticed a tiny almost imperceptible rattle. If I had to guess it probably has something to do with the camera autofocus.

Honestly, if it is working as expected, everything is probably fine.

I don’t have an Air, but my guess would be the camera - which can rattle a bit, yeah.

It’s the lock button rattling slightly. Gently put pressure on the button while you tap on the backplate. Noise should go away.

Just tested on my Air 3: no discernible noise of any kind when performing the outlined procedure :).
