Hey all! Got a new IPad Air 3 this past October and added Applecare plus. So I’m covered on warranty for quite a while. Up until 3-4 weeks ago my iPad has been performing fairly flawless. But now it seems like every other day(sometimes every three days, and sometimes back to back days) I run into a strange issue. My home button will not respond to a double tap at all. And is slow to respond to tapping it once. Turning the device off and back on fixes this issue completely until the next time it comes back.

I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of this? I would really rather not wipe the device but I know I may have to. It does seem the issues started after a certain update but I don’t remeber which one and it could be coincidence

Could it be a software issue?
