Hello guys. Recently i bought a Logitech crayon for nu iPad Air 3 and i notice a sound when the pen touches the glass (like "poc"). Is IT normal or i just did something wrong?

I might be wrong, but I don’t think the iPad Air has the LCD laminated to the glass/digitizer, so there’s a thin air gap between the glass and the LCD. That might be enough to create a slightly hollow sound when something like the Pencil tip comes in contact with it.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

IT is the Air 3 so IT has a laminated display

Apple pencil (and supposedly Logitech) have plastic tips. While it seems that the sound of your video is somewhat amplified, the touch of the pencil to the glass of the iPad always produces this "poc" sound. I have Samsung S-Pen, which tip is somewhat softer (deferent material) and make zero sound upon touching the tablet/phone. I much prefer the latter.

it's normal, this sound is typical of the pencil... Other pens like the surface pen are more similar to the sound of a real pen. Adding a screen protector to the ipad will make it sound more like a real pencil when drawing but will not eliminate (at best slightly reduce) this poc sound when writing (but will improve the sound when the pencil is on the screen, that is inside words, but not between words, as you'll need to lift the pencil). The only real way to reduce it is learn to to tap more softly than you are used to on real paper.
